International no DC - This is Small Packet Air and is $3. $100 insurance is included.
International WITH DC - This is Expedited and is $8.00. Delivery Confirmation and $100 insurance is included.
Canada - This is Small Packet Air for Canadian Buyers and is $3. Delivery Confirmation and $100 insurance is included.
All orders over $100 receive FREE shipping, including Delivery Confirmation.
Shipping Times
Packages will take a minimum of 7-10 business days, depending on how close to me you live and if they need to go through customs. Please be patient with the postal system(s) and customs if a package seems delayed. Coming from Canada, packages may take 4-5 weeks to arrive. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days, keep this in mind when ordering. Due to customs checking more packages a parcel may be delayed. This is not a fault of me or the Canadian Postal system and I have no control over it. For International(outside Canada and the USA) orders shipping time may be 3-4wks or longer, depending on how long it is held up at customs. I have no control over this.
Payment
Due to increasing costs of shipping, materials, overhead, exchange rate and supplies prices on Mother and Maiden products may increase with no advanced notice.
I accept Paypal abd Credit Cards(through Paypal). The shopping cart I use is on a secured server.
Customer Service
Mother and Maiden reserves the right to refuse any purchase without disclosing the reasons for the refusal. Continuous ordering with non-payment may result in an automatic refusal on future orders.
Customer satisfaction is top priority at Mother and Maiden. If you have a problem, you may contact me through email or phone to correct the problem before returning any pads to me. All efforts will be made to correct an issue through email/phone before granting a return.
Returns
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are not allowed when the customer fails to read my policies or product information.
Mother and Maiden have a 30day return policy from purchase date. 30 days allows sufficient time for any concerns, questions or problems to be handled through joint communication. All returns must have approval by me before they will be accepted at Mother and Maiden. Any returns that show up without my knowledge will be returned to you without a refund. Returns MUST be washed and clean or I will return them to you without a refund.
If a problem should occur after 30days contact us. If the problem is a true defect, you may exchange the pads or the purchase price will be refunded to the customer. If the problem is not a defect no refunds, exchanges or store credit will be issued. If the price is higher than the origional product the customer will pay the difference.
